If your soil, potting mix, compost or any growing medium lacks the right balance of microbes, easy yet powerful steps need to be taken to re-establish a balanced, and diverse ecosystem underground. If your plant health is compromised by harsh chemical fertiliser, supplying them with living nutrition direct to the source will assist in restoring plant health.
This soil and plant health method is particularly important in edible gardens. Putting the natural nutrient supplying power in your soil relates directly to nutrient dense home-grown food. In non-edible gardens think healthier, disease resistant, more robust plants.
