ProSeed
Biological Seed Innoculant
Is a powder form of pure worm castings. ProSeed has been developed to enable more effective application on seed as an inoculant prior to planting. This ensures that once applied, the seed can be supported with adequate levels of carbon and microbes to support the germination process.
ProSeed is extremely rich in humic acids and is used as a seed coat and as a turbo charge booster for soil conditioning.
ProSeed is used as a microbial stimulant as well as a nutrient amendment as it is both high in microorganisms and micro and macro nutrients providing health and protection in the early stages of propagation
Works as;
- a seed Inoculant in grasses, legumes, and pasture seed
- a source of carbon at germination
- a soil enhancement to improve soil health and biological production in rhizosphere
- a builder and stabiliser of microbial populations in rhizosphere
Crops
Dryland Broadacre
Australian Vermiculture biologicals can be used in a range of annual crops in broadacre production systems. In these crop types products are used early to inoculate the root system as it develops through the germination period to aid in stronger plant and root health.
This is achieved through the colonisation of microbes that then live in a symbiotic relationship with the plants, one of these key microbes is mycorrhizal fungi.
Pastures
Australian Vermiculture biologicals can be used in effective ways to aid in increasing the health and performance of pastures. Products can be used both in managing existing pastures as well as in the renovation of new pastures.
In pastures, soil health is important to manage a range of issues on farm that are both related to the crops and the soil growing the crops but also to the overall health and well being of the livestock.
Horticulture & Vegetables
Australian Vermiculture Pro Biologicals can be used in a range of ways in intensive horticultural production systems, to increase both plant health and growth as well as propagate stronger biological activity in depleted soils.
Tree & Vine
Australian Vermiculture worm derived biologicals can be used in a variety of ways in tree and vine crops. In established trees and vines AV’s worm casting pellet can be incorporated annually to increase the level of biological. AV’s biological liquid ProGro can be used intermittently in mature plantings either through fertigation or through foliar spray throughout the course of the season.
